The Transit Paradox, or, Stranded in St. Louis

Compared to other transit cuts in other cities, maybe we got off lucky. Or maybe proportionally speaking, we didn't have as much to cut. Anyway, transit systems in other cities are hurting in this economy. And how can you contribute to the economy if you can't get to work?
